The comfortable accommodation sleeps up to 4 people in 3 bedrooms:

Upstairs
1 spacious double bedroom with stunning views
2 large single bedrooms
Bathroom with shower (no bath)

Downstairs
Large kitchen equipped with cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave/combination oven and farmhouse table
Lounge with TV/DVD
Bathroom with shower (no bath)
French doors to private patio area

Outside
Private patio and grassed seating areas at rear of cottage with lovely views.
Parking for up to 2 cars.
Lake in the grounds of the property and access to a footpath along the bank of the river Irfon.
Fishing can be arranged very close by.

All bed linen and towels are provided. Fuel and electricity are included in the price. Full central heating. The cottage shares a private water source with the owner's house.

Please note that the cottage is not suitable for unsupervised young children as the cottage garden is unfenced with access to a steep shrubby slope and the lake is unfenced. In the interests of their safety, it is very important that children are accompanied by an adult when outside the cottage.
